New Castle KRA #6

I raced my New Gen Motorsport 206 in the KRA#6 at New Castle Motorsports Park. An overall decent performance as it was only my second time racing my 206 there. Practices went well before qualifying. I had a full day of practice on Friday to figure out the correct set-up, which helped. During qualifying I was up to 7th fastest. At tech inspection I was informed that I was penalized for bump drafting. This was my time ever being penalized! Unfortunately, lesson learned and it sent me to the rear of the field for the final race. During the final, I was able to push forward the best that I could being out of the lead draft due to slower karts in front of me. I finished P9 out 16 karts. I am happy with the performance for making up the ground that I did.

The best part of the weekend was that my Dad was my mechanic! I will continue to keep learning and grinding!
