What. A. Year.
What. A. Year.
My first full season of kart racing is officially in the books and I’m beyond pumped to say I finished 3rd in points in 206 Junior! And 6th in points for my KA.
When the year started, I set a ton of goals for myself both on and off the track:
Get as much seat time as possible.
Get on the podium.
Run with the best and be competitive.
Get faster and better every race.
Win.
And guess what? I DID ALL THAT AND MORE! Mission accomplished.
I never imagined that in my first full season, I’d be standing on the podium at the end of the year. It took a LOT of hard work, dedication, sacrifices, and grit to get here. There were tough days, but the fun days totally made up for it.
Huge shoutout to Whiteland Raceway Park what a place to learn and grow this season. Thank you to my New Gen Motorsport team owners Nick Denny and Derich Cutshaw for keeping my kart in top shape and making sure I got as much track time as possible. Thank you to all my Newgen Motorsport teammates and their families too.
Big thanks to Jamie Bradford and Christine Vivrette Bradford for helping me get extra seat time at New Castle Raceway Park. You guys treated us like family, and it’s been awesome.
Road America was another huge highlight this year—thank you Donald Willey and Lincoln for getting my karts there and to A-Maxx Racing for welcoming me for the weekend.
This season was full of laughs, new friendships, and some seriously awesome racing. Racetrack friends aren’t just friends—they’re family.
And of course, I couldn’t do this without my family:
My sister—thanks for giving up time with mom and dad so I could chase this dream.
Dad—thanks for wrenching, taking all the burns and scars from my motor like a champ, and always having my back. Couldn’t have done this without your hard work.
Mom—thanks for all the annoying pep talks, letting me skip school for track time, and ALWAYS bringing grapes to the races.
My grandparents—all six of you—for all the support on and off the track.
And to everyone on social media—your encouragement means the world. The good days are better because of you, and the bad days are easier to push through knowing you’re cheering me on.
Big things are coming, so stay tuned. Spoiler alert: it’s a LOT more racing!
Let’s GO 2025!!!
